Fixed fibre
Symmetrical fibre, from whichever carrier is right for the site
When the connection is the business — cloud phones for fifty people, video, off-site backups every night, a warehouse full of cameras — you want upload to match download and a service level that means something. We deliver fixed fibre from four carriers and pick per site on what is built there, what it costs to bring in, and what the contract actually promises.
- Symmetrical speeds — upload matches download
- Four carriers, one supplier
- Service levels with restoration targets
- Private networks between sites
Why choose us
NBN Enterprise Ethernet
Dedicated fibre on the NBN footprint with symmetrical tiers and enterprise service levels. Often the best value where it is already built.
Aussie Broadband Fibre
A carrier that answers the phone, on its own fibre network in the capitals.
Telstra Fibre
The widest footprint, including sites nobody else reaches.
TPG Fibre
Strong in metro business precincts, often the sharpest price where it is on-net.
Sized for what runs on it
Voice, video, backups, cameras and cloud have different shapes. We size the link to the real traffic, not the biggest number.
Managed end to end
Router, failover, monitoring and the carrier relationship are ours. You get one number to call.
Why symmetrical matters
Consumer plans are built for downloading. A business uploads all day — calls, backups, screen shares, files to the cloud — and a 40 Mbps upload on a 1000 Mbps plan is the reason the phones sound bad at 3pm. Fibre gives you the same speed both ways.
Build costs and lead times
Fibre already at the building can be live in weeks. A new build can take months and carry a construction cost — sometimes waived on a longer term. We tell you which you are looking at before you commit, and put a business NBN service in while you wait if you need it.
Frequently asked questions
Which internet connection does my business need?
It depends on the address and on what runs over the link. We check what the NBN can deliver to the premises first — the technology decides the ceiling — then ask what the business does on it. A small office on the cloud is usually a business NBN plan with a static IP and 4G backup; a site with cameras, backups or fifty people on the phones is usually fixed fibre. We tell you which, and why.
How long does fixed fibre take to install?
If fibre is already at the building, weeks. If it has to be built in, months, and there may be a construction cost that is sometimes waived on a longer term. We tell you which you are looking at before you sign, and can put a business NBN service in while you wait.
What support do I get?
Unlimited support from our Adelaide-based team is included. Log a fault online, call us, or let a technician connect with our remote support client. Managed customers have 24/7 coverage.
Am I locked into a long contract?
Plans are flexible and we will tailor the term to your business. Talk to us about what works for you — we would rather earn your business every month than lock you in.
