Medium business · For 15 to 75 people

A phone system that keeps up with a business that is growing

Somewhere between fifteen and seventy-five people the phone system stops being a convenience and starts being a process. Reception needs queues and overflow. Sales wants the CRM to know who is calling. The second office needs to transfer to the first. This is where 3CX earns its keep, and where the integrations and Teams direct routing come in.

  • Reception queues, overflow and after-hours that actually work
  • CRM and help desk integration — caller ID, click-to-dial, logging
  • Microsoft Teams as a handset for the people who live in it
  • Multi-site on one system, one number range

What you get

Set up for for 15 to 75 people

Reception that scales

Queues with overflow, callback and announcements, and a receptionist console that shows who is on a call.

Integrated with your software

HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Dynamics, HaloPSA, Cliniko and more — the record pops before you answer.

Teams and desk phones together

Consultants on Teams, reception on a handset, the field team on the mobile app — one system.

Call recording, reporting and QA

Recording under your policy, and our own reporting suite — every call transcribed, scored and searchable, with a missed-call callback list.

Multi-site, one system

Two offices or twelve — free calls between them, transfers as if they were down the hall.

Managed, not just hosted

Monitored, patched and reviewed. You hear about problems from us first.

Frequently asked questions

Does our CRM work with 3CX?

Probably. 3CX has native templates for the big platforms, we have our own middleware for the rest, and anything with an API can usually be connected. Send us the name and we will tell you which category it is in and what it costs.

Can we just use Teams as our phone system?

You can, and for a small office where everyone is at a desk it works. It gets awkward at reception — queues, overflow, a proper after-hours flow, a physical handset — and it gets expensive per user. Direct routing through 3CX gives you Teams where Teams is good and a real phone system underneath it.

How much can I save?

It depends on your setup, and we will not put a percentage on it before we have looked at your bills — anyone who does is guessing. Financial savings are a common outcome, particularly where you are paying for lines you do not use, maintaining ageing hardware, or being charged for calls between your own sites. What we are more confident about is the operational side — better call handling, real visibility of what is happening across your queues, and a better experience for the people ringing you. That improves in almost every system we put in. 3CX is a remarkably flexible platform and we have built our business around being excellent at it, so we would rather show you what it can do for your particular setup than quote you a number.
