IT & phones for real estate & property

Never miss the call that becomes the listing

Agents work from cars, open homes and cafés. We give every agent their office number on their mobile, route enquiries to whoever is free, integrate calls with the CRM, and keep the office IT and property management software secure and available.

The challenges

What gets in the way

Leads by phone

A missed enquiry is a listing with someone else.

Agents everywhere

Office number and presence on every mobile.

CRM integration

Calls logged against the contact automatically.

Trust and privacy

Tenant and vendor data protected and backed up.

Frequently asked questions

Can I keep my existing phone numbers?

Yes. We port your existing landline and 1300/1800 numbers across to TelcoCentric as part of the switch. Your callers notice nothing.

Which mobile networks do you use?

Both of the big ones. Our plans run on the Telstra Wholesale and Optus Wholesale 4G and 5G networks, and you choose per user or per site by who actually has coverage where your people work. Coverage maps for each are on our coverage page.

Whatever you know — "an old on-prem PBX", "Telstra mobiles and no IT support", "not sure" is fine.
What is not working today, or what you are trying to achieve. A sentence or two is plenty.
