What is a business phone system, and do I still need one?
A business phone system is the thing that makes one number ring the right people — reception queues, an auto attendant, overflow to mobiles, after-hours rules, call recording and a directory. Mobiles and Teams on their own do not do that. If more than a couple of people answer calls for your business, you need one; it just no longer needs to be a box on the wall.
Can I keep my existing phone numbers?
Yes. We port your existing landline and 1300/1800 numbers across to TelcoCentric as part of the switch. Your callers notice nothing.
Am I locked into a long contract?
Plans are flexible and we will tailor the term to your business. Talk to us about what works for you — we would rather earn your business every month than lock you in.
How is pricing structured?
Hosted 3CX phone systems start from $99 a month with numbers, SIP trunks and unlimited support included. Managed IT is a flat monthly fee per user. AI receptionist, Teams direct routing and integrations are quoted per deployment. There are no per-ticket charges, and we would rather show you a quote than a table that does not match your business.
