When the connection misbehaves, and how to tell us something useful.
- Your internet has dropped — what to check firstCheck whether it is everyone or one person, then look at the lights on the router before restarting anything. Those two answers tell us more than anything else you can do.
- How to run a speed test that tells us something usefulTest over a cable rather than wireless, with nothing else running, and note the upload figure as well as the download. A wireless test during a busy office measures the wireless, not the connection.
